1. Membership

Membership with Qarme is subject to application review and approval. Qarme reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate memberships at its discretion.

2. Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet Qarme’s eligibility and driving requirements at all times.

3. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and these terms. The vehicle shall be returned in the same condition as collected, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damage, misuse, or excessive wear may result in additional charges.

4. Insurance & Liability

All bookings include comprehensive insurance. A deductible applies in the event of damage, loss, or accident. Members are responsible for all fines, fees, and penalties incurred during their booking.

5. Bookings, Cancellations & Availability

Bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of a booking may be charged according to the current price list.

6. Fees & Payments

Membership fees, usage fees, mileage fees, and any additional charges are billed in accordance with the applicable price list. Late returns or breaches of these terms may result in additional charges.

7. Suspension & Termination

Qarme may suspend or terminate a membership in case of misuse, breach of these terms, false information, or violation of applicable laws.

8. Privacy

Qarme processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further details are available in the Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

Qarme reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will always be available to members.
